Powder coating is an industrial finishing process where a dry powder is applied to a part. This is done using a powder coating gun which electro-statically charges the powder coat particles, and sprays them onto the grounded part. Once the powder is applied, the part is baked in an oven at 320-400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. The result is a very hard, durable, and UV resistant finish that will last for years to come.

We offer a wide selection of custom colors for our signs. If you would like a specific color, please tell us the color name or number in the notes section of checkout or send us an email through the contact us page. If you DO NOT specify a color, it will be BLACK. In addition to powder coating, we offer the option of different patinas (rusting) , bare metal, grinding, and heat treating to add that special look to your sign.
